This project is being undertaken by participants that are literally located around the world. Co-project managers, Ian MacKenzie and Robh3606, have overall management responsibility for this initiative. A team structure has been put in place to actually undertake the work. There are four teams reporting to a steering committee as follows. These teams are still in the process of being organized and will be expanded shortly.
