Can 1501-Al2 from Everest replace 1500al-1 from K2?

A simple question perhaps, so can the woofer 1501-Al2 from Everest replace 1500al-1 from K2? Sigurd

The Everest woofers have a nominal impedance of 12 ohms. The K2s woofers have a nominal impedance of 8 ohms so they are not interchangeable due to the passive networks without modification.
