Westlake clone x-over

Hello all,
In my 2x2231/2440/2405/3105 monitors I've just replaced my 2440's with 2441 dias(relatively easy once I'd reamed out the locating holes) and as the perceived wisdom here seems to be the 2405 is better used above 10khz and I can now exploit the extra hf extention of the 2441 dias my question concerns tweaking my modded 3105 ( now with 0.3mh coils for 8khz but less the 20 ohm resistors).
I've used the search facilty and read plenty(to the point of complete confusion!)My question is, as changing the inductor values from 3105 to 3106 shifted the freq up to 7.5/8khz would it be this simple/possible to do the same again to take it to 10khz?
