1962 systems in Acousticraft cabinets on ebay
I don't think JBL marketed a system like this:
D131 serial number 21856
075 serial number 32956
N2600 serial number 12047 and 12048 dated August 30, 1962
Does anyone know why they would market a system with the D123 and 075 (002 system), but not the combination ofD131 and 075?

from the auction description:
These fine USA made speakers were bought new in 1962, are in perfect working order, and have been maintained in original pristine condition under one owner's loving care. The natural sound is phenominal and crystal-clear. The wood cabinets are custom solid walnut fine furniture by Accoustic Craft - higher grade than manufacture stock cabinet. Only very selective buyers order that and they were NOT home built but by factory. These fine walnut cabinets also serve as end table/ night stand furniture in additional to the premium stereo function. Now the cabinets have no dents, nicks, or scratches all around.
The woofers are JBL D131 Signature series 12" in pristine condition. The cones and foams are in excellent shape for 44 years. They were never reformed or repaired.
The tweeters are the JBL 075 bullet tweeters which were machined from a solid block of aluminum. There bullet tweeters have indefinite life (metal) and has crystal clear direct (as trumpet) high frequence response. They are premium and highly sought taday. Just reference its value: in 2002 ebay item#1357053178 bid at $455 a pair.
The Crossover is JBL N2600 in 16, 32 ohms. All the controls and metal portions are in wonderful condition.
