Looked like fun - I'm gathering you got your hands full with summer in full swing right now ... glad I could bring a smile!
If we were to plan a trip up to see the place, we wouldn't wanna miss it!
When does the season wind down?

Right after Labor Day, and when the kids return to school, weekdays go dead, it drops down to weekends. And during the weekdays at that time, I have more flexibility to go out for dinner and stuff.

I just did a whirlwind PA/NJ/NY/VA tour, sorry I didn't have the time for some bumpin'! Maybe next time...

I saw your post in another thread and it reminded me to ask:

Is the news I heard recently about the development of the Coney Island area for real? Did you folks lose the battle against the developers and the mayor?

What kind of update can you give us? My daughter has been living in Astoria for a little over a year now and loves her trips to Coney Island. I tell her she has to go visit you next time.
