    I'm in the same boat with my room. I have to go up.

    Just a thought.

    Four 1500AL's sound really nice.

    I really liked the four 1500ALs with a bit of DEQX bass boost when I had the Project May prototype system at my house. However for myself I opted to go for an integral Sub1500 as it can develope deep bass in less volume than the 1500AL required.

    Just an update;

    Just got 2 new 1500AL drivers delivered. Pristine new in box from another member

    So now have enough parts for the main speakers. Will be sourcing NC machine early Jan (when I take control of a new lab I bought, which just happens to have a nice big area that would be unused...better to set up a speaker amnufacturing room I say....rather than leave it empty)

    Still in cabinet design, as planned, but things are on track

    Also have most parts for the custom multi-channel passive preamp currently under design/manufacture, to go with the multiple deqx units...

    Next year should be a fun one!

    Cool... it's good to see another fellow with his priorities set correctly.

    Will be nice to see the updated K2 s9500 in all aluminum cabinet or cabinets

    IF you have access too a anechoic chamber it is worth wile in my opinion

    i did this for my JBL LSR and it did make a difference between using measurements made in my outdoors and the ones made in the chamber
