The electrical phase is reversed on the crossover pcb. The red wire goes to the 2440 positive terminal
Go to this thread. Note unless you are using an original 2440 diaphragm the 3107 voltage drive to the horn will be sub optimal (bad choice of words…Lol). This is because the 3107 allows the 2440 to operate full range above the high pass crossover point.
The 2441 and later compression driver had increased high frequency response. This required a low pass filter be added on the horn crossover output (3155 network).

Once to settle down and listen to these things these details become important for long term listener enjoyment. The 4350 was designed to be flown from the ceiling with the HF components on the bottom. This way you won’t necessarily have the woolly odd sound with the 4350 right side up when sitting on the floor. It’s not a domestic loudspeaker.
Rick (KenRick Sounds) came up with a new baffle layout using a diagonal woofer layout which is reported to minimise the above issues for domestic use.
