No, you have to remove the foilcal however but this can be done in ways so it won't be damaged and can be glued back.
All you need is a flashlight, a little stick like a pencil, some masking tape and a long middle finger
Lay the speaker flat, cone down.
After removing the foilcal, reach inside the vent and punch through the foam, all the particles are going to fall inside the dust cap. DO NOT FLIP THE DRIVER!
Apply a piece of tape to the pen (sticky side out) and go fishing for all the pieces in the dust cap.
Reach inside with your finger and rub off all the remaining foam from the pole piece arount the vent, it's usually not more than 1/4 3/8 wide around the vent.
Carefully remove with the pencil and tape every little piece that falls into the dust cap.
Tap the cone gently so the debris gather in the center where they're easily seen and picked up.
Do not try blowing air, vacuum cleaner or other stunts! It will only disturb the debris and will send them all over the place, including the gap.
Glue the foilcal back on and you're done.
