JBL 4311 on the left side on the wall

Goldjazz, nice thread idea by the way
I like this thread
He used JBL E120s stacked in a verticle cabinet in four then eventually three speaker configurations (note the MC 2300 amp )
An unusual speaker set up :
Note the bottom speaker in the cabinet. It is inversely mounted on the exterior of the stack, facing inward. Note that it is also connected. What purpose did this serve?
Cheers Ratitifb, and a Beatle...good find. Here's Les Paul

What are the thoughts on this one..."The Band" at their epic performance Last Waltz. JBL behind Levon? if so what? The year was '76.
Consistent in many of the stage photos are the artists in the line of fire of the PA/audience sound source. Wowser.

"Today I use JBL speakers everywhere in my life — at home and in the studio. I still have several sets of 4311s, and lots of smaller speakers that I like to use rather than those funny Yamaha things everyone loves. I use big modern JBLs for my cinema set up at home (I use the cinema rig as a test bed for my 5.1 mixes as well)"
