I can say from experience that lugging around a pair of 375's is no easy feat, so it makes sense that the transporting of them from place to place in the factory would almost ensure that they were two at a time, one after another in series, unlike the other parts. Just a thought. S.G.

Hi Glen,
thanks.....got it, I look like a hawk for Numbers in ebay and found a lot.
Now the list has 730 items. I will send it to you for info this evening.
We can mention about, when all our members will include their stuff.....
I don't know why they hesitate.....
Nearly every day I add 5 to 10 numbers.....will be nearly 3000 item per year. We need some years to get the whole fabrication...
Some members sent me a PM askin for the list. I sent them the list, but they need time to look for the numbers.
INFO for all: the list shows no real names, no $$, no adresses, no email adress......only the forum name, or ebay name, state and item with available data of purchasing or selling.

From the auction description:
Up for auction today is a 12" JBL (James B. Lansing) passive radiator model 2295 Professional Series with an aluminum chasis, serial #10016. Although It is from June 8,1972; it is brand new and never used. This beutiful peice of vintage audio is from my personal collection that I am slowly and so painfully parting with. This wonderful piece is still in it's original packing with the original add-on weights and the original hardware still taped (by the manufacturer) to the styrofoam. This radiator was obtained by Delta sound in Worcester, MA. and it was packed by 78-3 at James B. Lansing Sound Inc. on June 8, 1972 as you can see in one of the photos.

Two JBL factory C34 cabinets with th early "cut corner" decals
****** NOTE ******
I made a mistake here, assuming that these were both JBL made cabinets because there were two pictures of the "Jim Lansing" decal on the front of the cabinet included in the ebay auction. Actually they were two different pictures of the same decal. Harvey Gerst was kind enough to enlighten me on the many details that differentiate between the JBL constructed cabinet on the right, and the apparently home-built copy on the left. Please have a look at Harvey's posts listing the details later in this thread.
I wish to be quite clear that the seller did not state that either of these cabinets were built in the JBL factory.
They were referred to as "JBL C34 Signature Rear Loaded Corner Speaker Pair" and "early set of "Jim Lansing" type speakers".
Even if one of the pair was not built in the factory it is still a very good execution of the Jim Lansing C34 cabinet design and most likely lives up to the seller's description.

I look like a hawk, but had not seen this parts in ebay.
Hope that sometimes we can have additional contact to JBLers like Harvey Gerst of early times which can bring light in the dark with the numbering system.....which is very confusing.
BTW: for your info, I will again send you the spreadsheet, that is near 1000 entries limit.
