Some pictures of the throat.
Driver mounts to back piece of 1 inch particle board which is the transition from the 2 inch diameter driver exit to the 2 inch square horn throat entrance. Middle 1 inch thick wedges and 3/4 inch wedges are attached to horn.
Transition really couldn't be simpler.

A couple of close-ups of the dividing vanes in the throat.
Unlike the vanes in the 2397, Eastlake, Westlake and TAD horns these are simply a thin strip of uniform thickness plywood bent into a curve to help disperse the highs more evenly.
This type of vane was used on the Northwest horns that Augspurger used in an earlier version of his 2x15 + horn monitor
