We are a Tannoy dealer where I work, so I've actually heard the Tannoy supertweeters... I can say, they definitely do work VERY well. With a Hartsfield, I'd guess you'd want the lowest frequency point on the ST200 (which should be ~12KHz), and the level set at the highest point (which is 93.5 dB, IIRC)... and it should do pretty well, as far as matching the system is concerned. The ST100 and ST200 have exhibited very good dynamic behaviour... they should have no problem working with horn drivers and efficient speakers, given that Tannoy used the same design unit in the Chuhchill and in the Kingdom/Prestige series speakers, which range up to around 100 dB sensitivity on the larger models.
Otherwise, if you wanted to keep it "in the family", I'd suggest using an 077/2405 slot tweeter, rather than an 075... much more HF extension. It'll usually work with the same crossover as the 075 (N7000/N8000 or whatnot) in the Hartsfield....
