    My Kit

    ih! im new member! today
    i m very happy to found this group!!
    i m not alone !!! yess!
    i want to show my sytem here.
    i have a loving jbl 4530 whit 2235 15``300 watts.
    jbl monitor 4208
    2 X crown ma600 (im a maniac of ...)
    x-over crown ffx-2
    preamp crown psl-2

    for Hofmannhp : my type of black crown is my cross over ffx-2 and my other black crown is my preamp crown psl-2(good machine )
    and my 2 power amp ma-600
    only i don t have other kind crown equipment!
    my other is listener deck like cd. equalixer.tuner, turn table.minidisk.tape deck ,, and a electrical block(multiple switch box) maybe you make a remark about for my black crown !!i suppose
    i wanna to find a d series of crown amp like d 45, d75. d150 , d 300.( one day!!)

    Can the pair of 4208 give you the power in the mids and highs you need? Most of "us" use much stronger stuff.
    Just curious.

    I love Crown too. I use them in both my set-ups. I use PS-200'S and D150A Series 2's some straped some in stereo.

    the 4208 is 75 watt out put .....BUT,, jbl wrote it dont have a problem ahead 150 watt.....it conected whit my ma-600

    i dont want to sold my jbl 4530 cabinet !!
    sa buche,sa cogne. makin some boumm boumm!!!!outch for my neiberhood!!...lol

    How is the 2235 Working in this cabinet ??
    I have some with the original 2205 Drivers.

    the 2235 is smoothly sound , in my evening room!!
    less powerful but more hifi at low volume than a 2205j in the 4530 cabinet.. thats ok for me !!
    the 2205 at 100 feet is good for powerful sound
    but in low distance about 20 feet ,,, is not good for the hifi sound
    you know what i mean!!it s a good deal for the ear!!
