    The boxes are painted and ready install the drivers and ports. The port is a little too long before cutting.

    where you have the rounded end? Is it even in normal (100mm or 4 ") sizes?

    Yes, they have 3", 4", 6" ports. The colors are: black, red, yellow, purple.

    If the port is 120mm or longer each end is counting as 40 mm.
    If the port is shorter than 120mm each end is counting as 20 mm.
