Not the same. In the crossover itself:
L-Pad #3: 1-2 = 33.4, 2-3 = 6.2
L-Pad #4: 1-2 = 34.0, 2-3 = 6.0
~-4 dB nominal, maybe.
Old school assemblers wrapped them wires through the eyelets.
