hi, everyone i want to build a 4430 yes of sure, but for playing music i'm a musician, keyboard player, and i would replace 2235h for e145 and retune the ports. How do you think... its a good idea..

Yes...it's a great idea. JBL did it first with the Cabaret Series. It's known as the 4627A but used a 2301 potato masher horn/ lens, and a 3101A crossover at 1500hz. Would probably sound better with the 2344 horn.

Thanks for the anwsers.. another things, anyone have a shematics for the xover for 4430 and may be also for built the baffle.
hi, i have a question for subs. if a built a baffle for 2242h and i use a active xover, i just put the signal out to the speaker , no pads ,no filter required .
